In order to further improve product quality, raise the position of Lebang Electric in the national and international market, and also to raise the credibility of Lebang Electric so as to completely realize our tenet of ¡°Your satisfaction is our permanent pursue¡±, we now solemnly declare the following to the public:

1. We will perfect our enterprise¡¯s quality assurance system, strengthen our quality control to make sure that all our products meet relative standards or technical terms stipulated in the contract, and the qualified rate can reach 100%.

2. For equipment and products employed in the important projects, we promise to deliver the equipment and products on time. Additionally, we can send technicians to join your work of examining, installing and adjusting the equipment if needed until the equipment can be running smoothly without problems.

3. Our local distributing corporation or local agent of Lebang Electric will reach the customers within 24 hours after receiving a notice from customers about problems of the products; in Ningbo city, our service staff will come to the customer within 10 hours after receiving the call from customers.

4. We guarantee we will perform our service regulations of ¡°three guarantee¡±. If any of our products go wrong during the valid period of ¡°three guarantee¡±, we will strictly conform to the regulations stipulated in the contract. As to the problems happen beyond the period of ¡°three guarantee¡±, we can provide maintenance service for customers if they need.

5. If certain customers require technical training, we will help them to train operating, repairing and maintaining workers. As to the regular customers, we will also pay visits to them for tracing the product quality.

6. We will hold regular colloquia, and timely register, analyze, handle and feedback information from customers¡¯ e-mail, call or visit. We can improve the performance of our products according to customer¡¯s special requirements.

7. We will provide accessories and easy-broken parts for our customers at preferential prices.
